Does anyone know how to unlock the s5 onto a btu firmware as opposed to rubbish vodafone firmware that has so many issues on lollipop 5.0?

Its funny how that article mentions that the delay in releasing updates is due to vigurous testing, when a large majority of people on this group who have updated to lollipop have had problems

My fone is still having issues, battery drains within a few hours, freezes regularly, slow responsiveness, contacts keeps crashing, camera app sometimes doesnt load effectively.

When are Vodafone going to fix this? And before you mention try a factory reset and clear cache in recovery mode I have already tried this!

The phone is not faulty, the firmware you pushed out to us is crap, full of bugs and not properly tested. Furthermore, Vodafone is doing nothing about this other than offer to further inconvenience users by offering to repair a phone that is not broken! Ridiculous!

Not sure I'd have that much confidence in Live Help if the only thing Vodafone can currently offer is basically "Duh, we don't know when we'll fix the mess we made of our customers phones, but keep checking your phone for the update!"
