Keeping my number issue

Hi,

 

I recently joined vodafone and upon joining, I used my pac code from my previous provider to port my number. However, a day on and I cant make or receive calls on either phones? Help.

Have you tried turning the phone Off and On to reset the connection to the Network.

You may need to speak to your original network customer services and Vodaphones to check that the process is progressing as it should.

We have heard from others that porting can take a little longer than normal.
