Not having home broadband for 3 weeka now

Hi, i already tried everything apart this forum so i will jave a go. I am one step to leaving Vodafone. I have been using vodafone home broadband for a while, but in last 4 months i had 3 downtimes... and this one i currently have it is for at least 3 weeks. I have contacted your lovely chat team and been promice over 10 times "i jave fixed problem, wait up to 24hours". If every time i write to them they would send me promised 50gb data to my mobile, i would have terrabites on my account.

This is ome of my last reference numbers: 4323183918

Anyone able to have a look?

Hi, it has beem a while sonce i wrote this. Still noone contacted me, still not having broadband at home. What else you want me to do to make this work again?
