Afternoon Voda Reps
QQ Regarding Note 7 Queries etc.
1. Swapouts - Naturally Voda are doing these. The official statement says To call after 19th Sept If you want to exchange for Note 7 device. Will it be a straight Swap For Swap with DPD (IE Their "Swapit" Facility) ??
Can these be done in store? The guys in Crawley said it could be done like for like. I'd just rather not be without my device for more than a couple of days if Im still paying for it.
2. What happens on Siebel in relation to tariffs and billing? Will these be exempt due to the issues? IE Old Tariff still rolling on? Etc

I cannot believe I am still posting in this thread but I still have not received any refund from Vodafone.
Called VF customer services again today and from the same person (Lia?) I got the following stories.
1. Payment will be processed on the 19/12 (so over 2 months after VF have recieved the note 7 back!)
2. VF paid it on the 6/11 - it was sent to my bank however they are still awaiting the bank to accept the payment (on overdrive on this one).
3. She can process it again but will take 7 to 14 working days to receive the money.
All down to Back office.
Asked to be put through to either back office or a manger - she put the phone down on me...
How can Vodafone keep messing this up so badly. Off to the ombudsman now.
Appreciate a PM if anyone has any decent contacts in VF...

contact the onburdsman on 0330 440 1614 they are very helpful. As you have gone past 8 weeks they can take the case on. There is a dedicated Vodafone team who only the onburdsman access. You can be put through to them, i found them useless, but then you can go back to the onburdsman. I did this and within days i got a call from Vodafone fiving me everything i had asked for. It is really the only way to deal with the company

Thanks for posting the ombudsman details. I will be calling them tomorrow.
i feel I have no choice. I have tried contacting Vodafone through this forum, even have a reference but nothing ever happens. They havent even spoken to me.
All i I had was an email asking if I had received a bag to send the phone back. Which of course I haven't because they haven't spoke to me.
unbelievable company, you couldn't make it up

Yes been there, after all we are not asking for a,ot, simply to betreated liek a customer. Good luck with the onburdsman, i ended up geting nearly £300 back....although my plan is still not 100% correct so am still working on that

Sorry Tom. I've already filled 2 forms in via the suggested route and still no contact from anyone.
the team have my details, they are just ignoring me.
