Afternoon Voda Reps 

QQ Regarding Note 7 Queries etc. 

1. Swapouts - Naturally Voda are doing these. The official statement says To call after 19th Sept If you want to exchange for Note 7 device. Will it be a straight Swap For Swap with DPD (IE Their "Swapit" Facility) ??

Can these be done in store? The guys in Crawley said it could be done like for like. I'd just rather not be without my device for more than a couple of days if Im still paying for it.

2. What happens on Siebel in relation to tariffs and billing? Will these be exempt due to the issues? IE Old Tariff still rolling on? Etc

Ridiculous. Got a call today, spoke to some dude and explained all. Guy said he would call again and nothing happened....

I contacted the consumer helpline yesterday, very helpful they have opened a case and sent a letter to Vodafone HQ which is the trigger for my action to start.....strongly suggest others do the same,they are very very helpful and the more people complaining the better.

They can also force Vodafone to action, by the way they are also obliged to pay the Handset element of the bill since it was launched.....nor much but it's a start and the more people doing it the better.

They should also be obliged to refund at least £30 of the monthly fee as that's basically paying for the handset.i was on a sim only deal before with same calls and data allowances.

I phoned Vodafone to arrange my Note7 to be swapped (for a S7 edge) on Tuesday for Wednesday, didnt happen. Phoned Wednesday and told Thursday - phoned Thursday and told Friday - phoned Friday and told Monday...

I got a letter from vodafone on 15th oct saying contact dpd. It has the account number on it

Returned mine back Friday with the Royal Mail return bag. Lied to the post office and said it was a iPhone 7.

Used Royal Mail tracker and it was delivered to Vodafone yesterday.
I literally cannot wait for this to be reverted so I can get my PAC code and run like ##~## to EE.

I'm expecting major issues trying to get this reverted to my sim only deal. Just going it goes smooth.

I think we need a competition to see how incompetent Vodafone can be. When asking for the Note and VR back is there may chance of sending a returns bag big enough for both of them.

Very pleased that they have sent me the deadlock letter which allows me to now progress my case through the ombudsman and courts

Mines all returned and out of the contract holy cunnnttting ##~## I've never been so happy about terminating a contract. Moving to EE. Never in my life will I return to Vodafone

Serial45: congrats hopefully I'll be joining you soon. Just had a fun afternoon in store and speaking to several people on the phone. I thought if I left it a couple of weeks it would give vodafone time to get their act together. How wrong I was!!
