Notification reminders on HTC One Mini 2

I have just replaced my Samsung S4 with HTC One Mini 2 but cannot set up repeat notifications for text messages. On the Samsung, repeat notifications are set up using “Settings / Accessibility / Notification reminder”. The HTC One Mini 2 does not have a “Notification reminder” setting in the “Accessibility” section and I cannot find it elsewhere. This is an important function for me because I do not always pick up the first sound and rely on the repeating alarm to tell me a text has arrived. How do I set it up on the HTC One Mini 2?

We’ve searched for this option in the phone and we’re unable to locate this setting.

There are many third party apps available for this, please check your Google play store.
