Notifications on HTC One M8

I have just received a new M8 from Vodafone,  running on Lollipop.

Setting it up, I have found Googles Notification settings confusing.

 

 I have set it up on Priority mode, but the next step is to go into Interruptions,  but I can't find it. Someone in the office suggested that Vodafone have deleted this pretty important option. If this is correct,  why on earth would they delete it ? I can't see how it's either saving them money or making them money ?

I've got an M8, but I'll admit I'm not familiar with those settings - I just use the defaults.   To start with, I'd try downloading the full manual (which is a lot more substantial than the Getting Started guide) from the HTC website.  That may have the information you need.
