Now TV entertainment doesn't work

Hi I upgraded to a Samsung s5 on the 4g red plan and was given 6 month free now tv
Plan so I had the text went through that way and chose entertainment
But now downloading now TV it says I need to purchase entertainment package even though
I already accept Vodafone
Do I get entertainment free or is this just away to just get higher bill
