I recently canceled my contract from another provider to join Vodafone as the contract I took out was the same price as my old one but i had a lot more in the package, which is great!
One of the main reasons i took out the contract is because it has a free entertainment pack for 24 months. On the screen as my contract was being set up it said i could have 24 months free of either Sky Sports, Spotify or Now TV. I already have Spotify and im not much of a sports person so Now TV was the one i wanted...but now i have paid all my money i find out that i cant even have it!!! Can someone please explain as im feeling like the contract was a little miss-sold.
