DRJ: I think that's the latest version of the software, but it doesn't support my modem (Huawei E272).

Let's see what Matt has to say - I find it unbelievabe that Vodafone can't be more helpful and supply the software people want or need.

If you search 'E272 software drivers' online, there will be alternative support options.

As mentioned, we only have support available for discontinued devices to a certain point after they're withdrawn from sale. This is down to licensing agreements.

 I have a pay as you go Vodafone Mobile Connect K3565 - rev 2. HSDPA usb stick. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Please could you recommend the best version of software to use. The latest version from your website does not recognise the USB stick. Many Thanks.

If this is where you’ve checked already, what happens (exact error messages etc) when you try to use the latest version?

I downloaded and installed the latest version, the software works fine. However, it cannot recognise the dongle and it says it is unable to find dongle or sim card, even though the driver for the dongle installs fine without any faults. Many thanks

Hi mwilcox,

The drivers on the device will only be compatible with Windows Vista or below, so you'll need to download the Windows 7 drivers.

As the device is no longer supported, the drivers aren't on our website. 

A quick internet search for 'K3565 Windows 7 drivers' should give you what you need.
