Hi Guys,

If your require a version of Vodafone Mobile Broadband software that is older than V10.3.400 please reply to this post and one of the team will be able to get this sent over to you.

Hi Guys,

Just a quick update to let you know that we are no longer able to send out software older than Version 10.3.401.

If you need to reinstall the software for your modem, please remove the existing software, run the clean up tool from here and then reinsert your modem into your PC.

This should install the Vodafone software from the dongle itself, provided it s a plug and play model (i.e. doesn't have non-pnp written after the model number on the back of the dongle).

In the event that you don’t have a plug and play style modem, please let us know and we can advise you further.

Jenny - have you actually looked at the page you linked to? The enquiry was about Windows XP - that doesn't feature on that page!

Hi drj,

If you click scroll over Mobile Broadband, you'll see a drop down list. Select PC under the Software tab and this will let you download the relevant software.

There's no reason why it won't also be supported on Windows XP.

With respect, if a person is asking about XP, you should give a specific response for that operating system and know or not whether it works...

Sorry about that. It definitely supports XP 32 bit. It’s noted in the documentation here.

For the download:-

Click the link Jenny provided
Click on the drop down box under ‘product finder’
Find ‘Vodafone Mobile Broadband’ then click, ‘software’
Click the drop down box under ‘Vodafone Mobile Broadband Software’ and click ‘PC 10.3.405’

Hi. I have a Vodafone (Huawei) E272 modem, and have just got a new Mac on which I need to install the VMC software. Apparently it doesn't work with 10.3.400 or later. Where can I get an older version?

Hi jeremygibbons,

We no longer offer the software for the E272 dongle.

My best advice would be to have a quick search online. I've been able to locate some third party sites which have the software available.
