Is this supposed to work on all browsers/devices.

It doesn't work on my iPad running safari.

It should yes.. works on mine (and my iPhone too)..

Hi Jam_Jar,

It's compatible on most browsers. Try clearing your cache and cookies or checking for software updates if it's still not showing in Safari.

If you're still struggling, feel free to pop a screenshot on here. Be sure to block out any personal details, such as your phone number, address or account info though.

the screenshot of the ordertracker on the iPad would be... the vodafone home page

It jsut redirects from the order tracking URL to the home page.

tried on 4 iPads myself

iOS 8

iOS 8.0.2

and iOS 8.1 beta

so for sure awful coding somewhere on your site

Ah, glad it's not just me then...as you say just redirects you to the vodafone homepage. You actually see the URL change when it can't resolve to the order tracker page.

Tried on my iMac running safari too last night and it's not too good on there either....took about 4 attempts before I could enter any data to enable a track to take place.

Not working for me either. Tried chrome and safari on my ipad and iphone neither work. Worked earlier in the week on both devices so something is broken on the site now i think.

I tried clearing cookies and all it does is take you to vodafone home page.....theres no error to screenshot
