Hi

Either ring customer services Via 191, use live chat or use https://help.vodafone.co.uk/system/selfservice.controller?CMD=ESCALATION_REQUEST&PARTITION_ID=1&CONF...

Once the new network uses the PacCode this will cancel your Vodaphone account and they'll send you your final bill.
