Since receiving a text a few weeks back about improvement to mobile signal in our area PE34 3FB we have had no signal. We have a Samsung 7 and a new Samsung 8. I have checked for network problems and there are none in the area. We do not have the same problem when out. I have MS and need a signal as I have no house phone. We pay over £80 a month and expect a better service I have complained both in the shop and through live chat but neither have been any help at all, unless this can be resolved I'm going to have to take this issue further I cannot be at home on my own without a phone. Any advice please.

Looking at your postcode in the Vodafone Network Checker I see that your masts are not showing any known issues however you are in a fringe coverage area.
Sometimes switching off 4G and 3G in your phones settings to force 2G can improve call stability.
Also it could be beneficial to look at Vodafone Calling Over Wifi because your phones maybe eligible. That or the Vodafone Sure Signal.

In regards to network signal Vodafone are fulfilling their obligations as long as your receiving signal somewhere.
As having a connection is important due to your situation the best way is to have a Landline.
