1) no reception all around Drummond Hill, not in Fortingall, not in Kenmore
2) PH15 2NF
We have had no mobile phone reception since Tuesday 😞

When you commute away from your area and surrounding masts does signal return ?
Are neighbours etc also on Vodafone having similar issues ?
As a process of elimination can you insert your sim card in another phone to rule out the phone or sim card that might be at issue.
On looking at the Vodafone Network Checker your local masts show as Ok.
However on zooming out on the map it shows surrounding masts at issue which could be having an impact on your masts if Vodafone are re routing network traffic.
This is what is being reported.....
"There’s a problem with our mobile network in this area at the moment that may be causing issues with your service. We’re sorry if you’re experiencing any disruption – we know how frustrating this can be. Thanks for your patience. As soon as we have any further updates, we’ll let you know here."

Our signal comes back when travelling to aberfeldy. Both my husband, myself and at least two neighbours have this same issue with Vodafone. Please help.

I live in Perth and will be visiting this area camping for the first time, not a big camper but said I’d go with some friends. Will be very disappointed if this isn’t fixed within a few weeks as phone calls when walking is always important, along with a few too many checks of Facebook

I have sent you a message and am awaiting a reply. I posted on Facebook about this and it turns out many, many people in our area have the same issue. Both with Vodafone and O2. People are starting to lose money because they have no mobile signal and it's starting to become a safety issue, too - not being able to contact emergency services for example!
