Hi I am on holiday in Egypt and I have locked myself out of my phone. I have been surfing my account page and can not find my puk code.
Could you please email it me it me as a matter of urgency.

If you can't access your account, you always get that message, so take it with a very large pinch of salt. You could also try talking to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) - they should also be able to provide a PUK code. LC always comes up as Busy at first, but should connect within a minute. If it's taking longer, there may be an issue with the Connection. Vodafone don't block Live Chat sessions (or, afaik, My Vodafone) from overseas, but several people have reported problems and there could be issues somewhere along the way.
If you can't connect at all, post back here.

If you look at your account under My Vodafone in the red banner above, you should be able to find the PUK code there. I think it's in the Settings section.

Thanks for that not it appears they are tweeking the system so I can't get into my account settings. Gutted!!
