Panasonic Toughbook Laptop - Hsdpa GPRS card settings?

Hi I have a Panasonic CF19 toughbook with a built in Novatel GPRS modem. I cannot find the settings required. I have set the number to *99# and user and pass word to webb but I still get the 619 error code.
