Blackberry bbm and mail doesnt work

hi,

I used to have an iphone and i have broken it and my friend lend me his blackberry, tried to configure the email or bbm but it doesnt work, keep sending the host routing table register now, i have turned it off an on 20 times, I have read that it could be that my gprs is not in capital letters,keeps saying your deice had a problem connecting to the server. also i have read that it might be because the BIS is not activated, and i have tried doing that on the internet by registering but again got an error saying i should register with the host routing table. (again i have done that a million times)

Im not really sure what to do now, please help me, thank you

Also use this link and type in 'Blackberry' in the ask a question field http://support.vodafone.co.uk/Internet/ as this will give you some useful info on what you need to do to use a blackberry phone and it's features

You may need a bolt on depending on the model of blackberry phone and firmware it's using.
