Pay As You Go Mobile Broadband

I have got a pay as you go mobile broadband,
and I would like to check the balance left.
However, there isn't an account button at the right-hand end of the red bar.
Besides, whenever I click on that "view online bill" button,
it requests me to register,
but then when i try to register,
it says,

"Unfortunately, your request cannot be processed.We are unable to fulfill your request due to a temporary problem at our end. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. We hope to resolve this problem very soon, so please try again later."

So how can I check my balance?
