I tried topping up online my pay as you go SIM card using a my personal credit card issued in UAE. the website gave me an error after two trials (50 GBP then 30 GBP). Later, I got an sms that my credit card had been charged by 80 GBP while this is not reflected as a top up on my number...What to do?

Hi
You may find the transaction has been declined by the credit card company.
If you do not receive the credit, it may be an idea to contact the card company.

Hi,
Sometimes there can be a slight delay for the top up to hit a persons account.
If after a short while your still concerned then As this is going to need Account access please consider speaking with Customer services on 191 or Live Chat to check your account.

Thanks for your reply. It gave two times " We're working hard to fix the issue so please try again later" and hence why i tried with different amount and still..I tried chatting (no one was available), called 191 (they are closed).
Will try tomorrow to visit a shop...Thanks.

It is not usually possible to top up using a foreign bank card. It has to be a UK card.

II guess that is the issue...But my card has been charged by 80 GBP...
