When I try to activate my personal hotspot on my PAYG iPhone 5s it directs me to the iPhone support pages. Which then give me the instructions on how to enable it. BUT it was previously working before I installed the Vodafone APN settings into my phone.
Please help. I've sent 4 tweets, with 1 reply then the person disappeared and not given me any help (maybe they're still investigating??) and tried to call but can't speak to a person at all.
I'm getting desperate and I am starting to wish I was using Three as I had no problems with their PAYG service and usign a hotspot.
