Phone change, now unable to access sure signal

Have put my sim in a new phone and am now not able to access a phone signal with Sure Signal, any ideas?

Hi

Usually it's a sim swap that can cause an issue with sure signal.

The remedy advised is to de register from the sure signal for 24 hours and unplug it and then re register after that timeframe. 

Try going into the phones settings and turn off 4G to force it on to 3G to see if that helps.
