Phone problem

Vodafone can you please fix my phone ASAP as I now need it. Waiting for Vodafone to contact me back, hours have already passed and I'd like this sorted. Already been over everything 4times, been in store today already and it's still not sorted. Please sort this ASAP.

It is not my phone that is the problem it is Vodafone. Vodafone has 100s of complaints in my area and customer service try telling its my phone or my SIM card but it's not. I'd just like someone to stand up and say it's there fault. What is the point in paying a bill for a service you can not receive.
