I sent my vodafone in for repair on 12th December. Repair tracking says it was completed on 15th December. It still hasn't been despatched. A live chat on 27th December told me that it would be despatched in 48hours maximum.  Still nothing. The number live chat gave me to ring for help was useless. Please help.

My advice would be to circumvent Live Chat and ring Customer service on 191. 

 

If the phone is being delivered to a store to collect from it maybe beneficial if your passing just to pop in and ask if it's there. Sometimes the system information can be wrong.

I have just rung 191 and after a frustrating time going round numbers( none of  the options seemed to suit my query, I was finally put through to someone. He told me that he couldn't help me as he didn't have access to my repair! He couldn't give me a phone number of the repair people nor the phone number of my nearest Vodafone shop (about 15 miles away and not in the phome book). I told him that as I had bought the phone, so it wasn't rented ,I was considering that maybe my phome had been stolen, to which he replied that the phone was in safe hands, how does he know if he cannot trace it?

Thank you Band of Brothers for all your help. By pointing me in the direction of Vodafone complaints number, my query was answered in about two minutes. My phone could not be repaired and I was given a new one.
