Hi all since latest update I've just noticed that when you go into phone it should show recent then contacts then places well on my s8 it showing only recents and contacts did have places before last update.

@Mimo2000 - I’ve checked on my colleagues Samsung S8 and the ‘places’ option isn’t there either.

Hi thx for letting me know i also checked with a friend who has an unlocked s8 with latest update on his phone he still has places on his. I had places before the update but now has totally disappeared.

Hi just to let you know i have also spoken with Samsung and asked them regarding places they also checked their phones and have places on there phones so they said i need to talk to Vodafone.

Googling this, I can only find it relating to Vodafone in the UK and Verizon in the US so, yes, it does seem to be network-specific.

Strange though why would vodafone take it out of the software update. I liked using it for looking for places when needed.
