Box less than a month old.
No issues at all until a power cut 2 days ago now I cannot connect to sure signal.
What light sequence you're seeing:

@Monty632 After checking your light sequence, we'd advise you to do the following:
1. Please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
2. If you've a static IP address you should contact your ISP and advise that you're trying to set up a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec is being blocked on an internal firewalled server within your network.
3. If you have a dynamic IP addresses should contact your ISP and advise that you're trying to setup a VPN tunnel and that the IPsec packet is being fragmented in transit.
