Hi
I have 2 suresignal V2s, one seems to work perfectly, the other has the fixed power light after about 10 mins of flashing the other two lights.
The one which is not working is ser no 40110425705
I have checked the cat5 cable, assigned fixed IPs via 'bind IP to Mac' in my router, I have oped all necessary ports (for both units) and physically checked everything.
The only thing I have done is move the device (it seemed to be working previously)
Would you please resync the above unit following which I will perform a hard reset (please confirm instructions for this also fo a V2 unit)
