We lost internet connection in our office overnight. All equipment has been rebooted but suresignal box is failing to connect. Power light is on but other lights flash for about ten minutes before going off. Has worked fine for months. Have tried factory reset but not made any difference. Please advise next steps.

Hi Martin,

your traceroute shows the Sure Signal hitting our servers after 6 hops which is fine - I've checked your serial number and the unit updated with as at 2:50 this morning so everything looks to be running as it should.

Are you back online yet? I've resynchronised your Sure Signal just in case, can you give it another factory reset and let me know how you get on.

If you're still having trouble, give me a shout  andinclude the following information.

Your speed test results from here.

Your ping test results from here.

Your external IP address from here.

The results of a traceroute.

Your Sure Signal serial number:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Thanks
