Only joined on 25th January to the 76mb Fibre and been in contact with customer support three times due to poor speeds from 6pm/11pm. This varies between 5-15mb speeds whereas out these times average 60mb. Never had this with my previous broadband supplier.
So 14days in and not impressed. Surely I am able to cancel the contract and move to a more reliable supplier

Network Satisfaction Guarantee period is 30 Days to cancel without Fee's so Im led to believe.
I been here 11 days and poor speeds.
keep at them. Thats what I am doing. I hope I get a OR Engineer this week or I will be gone.
The price with VF is very competitive but the hastle of trying to get major issues fixed (Slow Speeds etc) is just not worth the extra saving unless sorted within the 30 day time period.
CS either by Phone or Live Chat are useless. You struggle to get anything done. All they want to do is sort your wifi.
