Need help with an issue trying to port forward to a NVR
Internal port scan to the internal ip show the port I want as open but a port scan to the external public ip does not show the port open
I've opened the port for both TCP and UDP and I've rebooted the NVR and the Router and still noy joy
This wasn't an issue on my old BT HUB 5

@diamondgeezer You'll need to log into your router and open the ports. Please see below for a step by step on how to do this 🙂
Port forwarding
- Go to vodafone.connect or 192.168.1.1
- Enter the password - vodafone
- In the top right, change this mode to expert mode
- Go to the Internet tab
- Click on Port Mapping on the left hand side
- Click on the plus option
- Select the device, enter the protocol you need and the type.
- Hit save and then apply
