Port redirection for router web interface

By default the Vodafone router web interface is on port :80 - the default

I was trying to protect myself a little by changing the external port to somehting else and redirecting port:80 so a vacuum

But the router doesn't let me route a port to 192.168.0.1 (the router address). It says the chosen IP address is in conflict with the Vodafone Connect IP address

And you can't even disable external access to the Web config

Anyone else managed to secure themselves a bit better??

Sounds like a bit of a security issue to me!
Have you tried speaking to the Broadband team about this one? It's certainly something that should be fed back and fixed in a future router upgrade.

OK, it seems that port:80 is blocked from outside

And as I can't set up port redirection for it, I can't access my router from outside
