Power light on, System light flashes and Phone light is off.

I have had problems with my Suresignal 2 box for a week.

 

Have tried rebooting my BT Infinity Router, the sure signal box and a reset of the Sure Signal Box. Still the same issue. Broadband is working fine for all other devices.

 

I did a trace route and got this:

Looking at your ISP from the traceroute, it looks like you're affected by this outage.
