Can anyone tell me why on the rewards page a Motorola Moto G will cost 3250 points plus £97.50. Whilst in the Vodafone shop the same phone costs £99.00 with out using any points. that makes 3250 points only worth £1.50.

Hi there
I'd imagine that there could have been a price reduction on the instore price which is why it is only marginally more than what you'd pay using your Rewardz points.
With that little difference in the prices - I would buy the handset at the instore price and use the Rewardz points on something else that gives me better value.

Hi,
As a fellow customer I would suggest speaking to Vodafone Customer servives on 191 (25p per call if connected to an Agent) or speak to Live Chat in order to obtain clarity on what you've found when trying to use your Rewards and prices.
