Hi there!
This is the first time that I have posted so I hope that someone will be able to suggest how to resolve this.
I had the K3760 (black modem) which worked fine until I came back from China last week. Once I got back the modem connected up, could download email when outlook opened, could surf the net but trying to send email via outlook woudln't work. At home on wireless broadband (BT) all worked fine.
Phone up customer services. They sent out the K3765 (white modem). Initially I couldn't get that to start up but with a couple of calls and re-installing the VMC software after deleting all the existing com ports etc managed to get it to work, except the email still will not work.
As you guess this is getting a bit painful not being able to send emails via outlook but having to go to the website of the email provider and send them that way.
I'm happy to try anything that soeone can suggest. Any suggestions? My Virus protection is Norton (someone at Suctoner Services thought that this may be part of the issue but they did not elaborate).
Thanks.

What smtp server are you using to send emails? If you're connecting via the Vodafone network, it really needs to be send.vodafone.net - did you perhaps change it while you were away? If it's working via your home network, this rather looks like the case.
The Vodafone smtp server is a bit of a can of worms at the moment and specifically has issues sending large emails, but if it worked for you before, there's no reason why it shouldn't do so again.
