Problem with VMB 10.3.405 - Connect Button Greyed out Win 7 x64

Hi,

I'd be very grateful for some assistance please.

I have a 4G K5008-Z dongle and VMB 10.3.405 installed on a Lenovo X240. When inserting the dongle, I get a solid purple light indicating that 4G is being received, however the Connect button in VMB is greyed out. The dongle still seems to connect automatically and creates a new Local Area Connection.

I've installed the software on an Acer Win 7 x64 laptop and it behaves as i would expect with the Connect button available and functioning correctly. The download speed on the other machine is >15Mbps but I only get <1Mbps on the Lenovo.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing the issue with the VMB software and the download speeds on the Lenovo?
