Hi all
So earlier today I paid for a £5 topup using my debit card, the final button was psuhed and the website refreshed - the message that came up was something like -' Theres been an error we cant complete it at this time ( Error 91 '.
However my card has been debited the £5 and its now been 9 hours with no topup or email
The ever useful E chat people suggested I wait to see if it went on or phone up - which ive been trying to do all day on my other phone ( as i have no credit on the vodafone one ) so i dread to think what its cost me.
Any ideas -

Hi
We do hear from time to time that there can occasionally be a delay in the top up showing in your Myvodafone.
If it isn't showing by tomorrow I would suggest trying Live Chat again or ring 191 from a phone that has credit or ring them from a landline if possible.

Thanks I will do.
The live chat people said they couldnt do anything as its a differnet department.

General Enquires are open 8am-9pm so it could be that the Department required is closed.
