Hi,
A PAC Code lasts 30 days which transfers your mobile number from one Network to another. If the time goes overv30 days then obtain a new code from your previous Network.
Check with them because if the first PAC code isn't used in time this then means your Contract has not been automatically closed with them ,and you maybe liable to pay another months contract with them. Their Customer services will clarify.

From the above Link "
You can do this by using a simple process called porting. We'll just need your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code), which you can get from your current network. Then we'll take care of the rest. Just go to Keep my number
If you need any more help getting started, then go to Get started"
You can also ring Vodafone.
Contract Customers : Tel :03333040191
Payg Customers : Tel:03333048069
You can input your Vodafone mobile number after prompted when using the Landline phone option, or if issues exist where the IVR System will not recognise the mobile number then you can opt to ignore the initial prompts to type in the mobile number, and then on approx the 4th request it should then change to ask to input 1 for Payg or 2 for Contract Customers.

If you have given Vodafone your PAC code, you need to use Live Chat to find the progress of your porting. They will be able to access your account and find out what is happening.
