 No data on phone. Just says network is E

Yes I do.

I was told that it isn't due to be fixed any time soon.

Not good as your website still boasts full coverage there.

@MarkEverest I've checked your local serving sites and can't see any faults. 

Looking into your area, you should get a good 2G connection, however 3G/4G looks to be low. 

Have you tried changing your device settings down to 2G/3G and seeing if this improves your data connection? If not, give this a go and let us know how you get on.
