Post Title: SG18 - Biggleswade
1) Does the issue happen in just one location? If so, how far do you have to travel to regain service?
Yes, only in SG18 area. OK anywhere else
2) What is the full postcode (e.g. ST1 1AA) of where the issue occurs?
SG18 8HH
3) Does the issue occur if you try your SIM card in a different phone?
Not tried
4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs?
Loss of mobile data:
Have signal strength of 4 bars but only 2G EDGE with speed so slow that speed checker fails reporting Network Communication issues. By resetting mobile network on phone (Search networks, select other than Vodafone (fails) then select Vodafone), usually (may have to repeat the process) get a new network signal of only 1 or 2 bars but good 4G. This lasts for a few hours but eventually reverts to the stronger signal with almost non-existent data. If I go out of area and back then it will lose the 4G service on return.
Its as though there are 2 local masts competing, one strong signal/no data, the other weak signal/good data.
5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all?
n/a
6) When did you first notice this issue?
Started following network maintenance/upgrade in SG18 which appeared to have completed 23/9/17 (after a couple of days complete loss of signal). Prior to this, had no 4G but 100% reliable HSPA or HSPA+
7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent? If intermittent, are there certain times of the day when it occurs?

@TonyW49 Your local sites look to be performing correctly with no faults reported.
Looking into your area, I can see you should achieve a good 2G connection, however 3G/4G are highly limited.
Have you tried to change your device settings down to 2G/3G only to see if this improves your connection?
As you're in a low coverage area for 3G/4G you may also wish to check out our Sure Signal device or see if you're eligible for Wi-Fi Calling.
