North London N2 Can’t make or receive calls

Can’t make or receive calls in any area around N2, as soon as I leave this area (20 minute walk from home) then it works again.

2) What is the full postcode N2 9PN.

3) The error occurs even if I try the SIM card in another phone or remove and reinsert the SIM card 

4) What errors are seen or heard when the issue occurs? People can call me and it will ring for them but nothing comes through to my phone. When I try and call someone else there’s just silence.

5) Does this happen on 2G, 3G, 4G or all? All 

6) When did you first notice this issue? Saturday early morning. 

7) Is the issue permanent or intermittent?  Permanent. 

I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday to report the issue and wanted to find out if it had been logged/fixed. I was told today it hadn’t been logged and to post this on here.

Seems some maintenance work was completed recently. 

It can take occasionally a few extra days for the masts to fully settle.
