DL13 - Weardale - No service since Monday
Network status: No issues. No maintenance.
1) One location? No.
2) Full postcode? DL13 1DY
3) Different phone? Same result
4) What errors? Message "No service" then "SOS call only". Network search "Unfinished". Select network "Failed to search network".
5) 2G, 3G, 4G? Both phones only do 2G
6) First noticed? Mon.25.Sep (now Thu.28.Sep)
7) Permanent or intermittent? Permanent
Using Doro 508 (old) & Doro 5030 (new)
Could Wi-Fi used by new heating system installed on Monday have damaged phones?

Sent that report. Service resumed around 5pm. Still OK at 6pm.

As you mentioned your service resumed, I thought I'd reply on here, as we wouldn't need to take this any further.
I can see that on 29 September around 2pm, your local serving site (8066) started performing as normal 🙂
