Starting a couple of days ago lost 4G signal on both my work, personal, and on my partners phone; best we can get is a fairly useless EDGE signal.
The signal has been very good here (RH5 6SA) for years. Driving a couple of miles in any direction and the usual good signal is resumed, pointing to a local issue.
Not 100% sure if it's a perminant or intermittant issue as using WiFi at home; but certainly appears to be permanent.
Hopefully someone has some info.

Your local masts are showing as Ok but on checking surrounding masts this is being reported...
"We'll be doing some work on our network in this area to improve your calls, texts and data coverage. Sorry if you notice any disruption. We're expecting to start work on 7am 09 Aug 2017 and to have things back to normal by 7pm 09 Aug 2017. Everything else should be working fine.~"
Issues with surrounding masts can sometimes have a negative impact on local masts if Network traffic is being re routed to compensate.

@Ghurt1 If your 4G coverage hasn't improved after the work @BandOfBrothers mentioned has taken place, please be sure to post back to this thread and we'll take a further look into this for you. :smileyhappy:
