Ras Error

Hi, I've got a pay monthly account and use a K3565 USB stick. For the last few months I've not been able to connect at all.
I've mostly had ras error 619. I've deleted the device from the software and in the phone/modems in windows. I've downloaded the latest software from the site and still it persists. I've even formatted my laptop in the meantime and it still refuses to work.
I can use the internet on my phone so I know it's not a reception problem and am getting very frustrated now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

A big warm welcome to the wonderful world of the eForum! :D

It's a shame that you've been having problems connecting with your modem, there's a few thing's that I want you to check within the settings to se if we can get you sorted out. :)

Can you check that the connection type is set to Contract as you're using your contract SIM.

Then, in the Vodafone software go to settings, Account Type, and make sure that Contract is ticked.

If you can check these settings for me and give it another whirl, let me know how you get on. ;)
