Thanks for the post and welcome to the eForum on the dark Sunday morning :)

Are you using a Top up and Go Usb or is it a Contract one?

Did you get it from a store or was it sent to you?

Are you using it with a Windows pc or a Mac?

Which operating system is the laptop using?

Can you check that the sim card is inserted properly in the usb stick.

Which model usb stick is it your using?

It might also be worth trying the usb stick in a different port and see if this makes any difference.

We might also need to check your account to make sure everything is ok, so I'll arrange for a colleague to contact you later today.

I'm sure that with a little more information we can get you up and running
