Most probably the previous subscription which came with the contract expired from free to chargeable. You need to cancel the previous ongoing subscription and this will enable you to opt into the new subscription which comes with your contract. Please be aware that the ongoing subscription will run it's course until the next monthly renewal date after cancellation. Please see below for details on how to cancel.
Your Daughter will also need to cancel the Spotify payment with her bank.

Help, I appear to being charged twice for spotify. my daugher has spotify on her phone which is paid by my account. She is paying for spotify premium through her bank now but I am still being billed for it on my vodafone bill. I have been onto the chat screen and they say there is nothing they can do. Any ideas to help would be much appreciated as spotify appear to be getting just shy of £240 a year from us.
