Was currently using 3 sure signal boxes in the house. worked fine up until a power cut a few weeks ago. I've managed to get one working by de registering and re registering but the other two get the following error message, "Sorry, The serial number you are trying to register is already registered." The boxes have been completely removed from the account. The following serials are the ones causing problems. 40110436652 & 40111038085 please help.

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
