Re sync VSS

Hi can somone re-sync my vodafone sure signal, my iphone4 isnt getting a signal all otherusers are. Thanks.

I'd recommend that you reset the Sure Signal. You've not motioned which model you have I'm assuming the latest which is version 3?

Perform a reset of the Sure Signal:

-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

Hi have perfromed the reset it is a version 1 sure signal, still just my iphonenot working everyone else is fine

Please check your 3G is switched on.

If it’s setup to use 3G and still doesn’t work, please delete and re add your number.

You can see how to do this by following the below:

1. Log into My Vodafone

2. Select My Sure Signal, then Manage Users
