Sure signal - Emergency calls only.

Have got 2 sure signal boxes at different locations. Phones all work with 1 box no problems, but on the 2nd box they all come up 'emergency calls only'

Have tried resetting the box and reregistering on the Vodafone website.

What can I do next?

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

I've resynchronised the device to clear any errors that may have been lurking in the background.

Please advise us what light sequence you're seeing on the Sure Signal.
