Hi,
I have just upgraded to an iPhone 5 and have tried rebooting and resetting my sure signal box several times but still only have the solid power light on. I have followed all of your online instructions to get it going again.
Please could you re-sync my SS - SN: 40110950702
Many Thanks

Hi ZoeH,
Thanks for the information. :smileyhappy:
I’ve just resynced your device for you so, to make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-
Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
