That's a good idea for most of the manufacturer sub forums actually. I don't think Vodafone could enforce it 100% but it's certainly good best practice.
Maybe on product forums were model numbers are prominent Lithium (the forum provider) could look into an extra subject box for 'model' (it might not be an easy, immediate change on their software but I'm sure Vodafone could suggest it to them)
